Inside each compartment there is a shelf that collects mail and documents inserted through the mail slot and separates the mail from storage underneath. The compartments inside have sufficient space to hold upright A4 files under the shelf. You can remove the shelf to create additional space for incoming mail or create more space for the other storage instead. The mail and storage cabinets are made of welded steel for extra strength and stability. The sheet steel has been powder coated in white that will blend in with any environment.
