Return And Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. If you wish to return and refund goods you need to contact us in writing to request this. If a return is agreed then there may be a returns charge and restocking charge to be paid. The returns charge can be minimum 30% the manufacturers retail of the order. Collection charges associated with the collection may also apply. We are delighted to assist you in making sure you order the correct products to avoid any unnecessary charges. Some items are not returnable. It is at our discretion that we will accept goods back for return and refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery that you wish to return goods. Goods will not be able to be returned after this time. Goods may only be returned in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Where credits are due this will be processed within 30 days of the goods arriving back. Once back in the warehouse the return will be confirmed. There may also be a charge where goods have been ordered in specially. If they have not yet been dispatched and the order is requested to be cancelled.
