Had great communication with Lisa when ordering our recycling bins. We were really impressed with the quality of the product and they came quicker than expected. I don’t think the photos on the website do this product any justice. We’re very happy with them.

The desk arrived well protected and very clear instructions, easy to assembly and nice touch was spare fittings. the product assembled is excellent and very good value for money.

I was surprised not to receive any confirmation emails after placing my order and also signing up for the newsletter. I started to wonder if the items are going to arrive at all when suddenly after 4 days a delivery man called my mobile to get additional directions to a new postcode.

Great Desk. Bought for my other half to work in a cupboard during lockdown (its not as bad as it sounds). She loves it, with the wireless charging and Bluetooth speakers she listens to music while she works and is very happy with it. I had a phone call to arrange a day for delivery and while an estimated time would have been nice it arrived in pristine condition on the day arranged. Only positives for me from this shopping experience.

The day after I ordered this I was informed the item was out of stock, but due in the following week.There was a slight delay (2 days) in WorkSpaceDesigns receiving the order from their supplier, but I was kept informed at all times by WSD.The order arrived on the day they said it would. Assembly takes longer than the instructions state, but the instructions are well laid out and mostly easy to follow. There were no missing parts, no damage.We now have a solid desk that we are very pleased with.

Excellent next day delivery. Really pleased with the quality desk that was delivered.

Instruction sheet copied so may times really bad. Item okay but the top is just a shelf full of holes to put the next layer on and also the instructions appear to show adhesive feet which were not in box. Possibly a bit too expensive for what it is.

There were a few issues with the item we ordered being dispatched. But this was eventually sorted out. Customer service was helpful. They listened to our issues and acted on them. Impressed by this.

This is the second piece of furniture I’ve bought from Home Office Designs, and yet again the service & product have been great. The table arrived scratched from the delivery company on a Friday so I called HOD and they put another desk in the post which arrived on Monday. You can’t get better customer service than that.

The desk is also well made and of good quality – with no missing or spare screws!

Great customer service. No sooner had I ordered the item than I had a ‘phone call to arrange a delivery date.

The goods were delivered on the appointed day and within the timeframe in a text message sent to me by UK Mail.

The bookcase took about an hour to build and is a well made and sturdily constructed piece of furniture.

Overall a great customer experience. So much so, that I’m going to order a Forme office desk as well!

Fast shipping, good variety of product.

Ordered and the desk arrived the next day. Excellent service by Lisa, there was a small scratch on one of the desk legs and being a perfectionist, it was something I could not live with. I contacted the company by email, sending a photograph and a replacement leg was despatched arriving the very next day. I subsequently bought a chair to go with the desk. I would recommend this company and definitely will be purchasing from them in the future.
